This innovative and exciting range is the creative playground of Graham Beck`s Cap Classique craftsmen, presenting them with a blank canvas to reveal their artistic ingenuity to elevate and innovate and to produce something magnificently memorable from a specific vintage. The Extra Brut 157 is an exquisite bone-dry vintage from 2009, which spent an impressive 13 years (157 months) developing and maturing on the secondary fermentation lees in the coolest corners of our cellar before disgorgement.
